Infusions: A training intensive of creative practice applications for professionals

Infusions is an eight-month, practice-based, cohort training intensive designed to deepen relationships between participants meanwhile infusing creative practices from art, movement, and the natural world into the core of professional lives.

Through inquiry, application, and experimentation, participants interrupt “business as usual,” promote their wellness and work-life balance, weave tight bonds, exercise creativity, and sharpen choices and implementation towards a more thriving ecosystem.

This program was designed for those who desire to practice and integrate arts and cultural practices into their lives more fully, as both a wellness practice AND the strategy for making significant changes. It is for those who are ready to carve out the time and space to practice and connect with others as a series over a length of time. Thus, it is an apt use of “workday time,” professional development funds, and wellness allotments you may receive at your workplace.

The program consists of four Fridays over 8 months at various locations in and around the SF Peninsula.

September 12: Clearing (Time and Energy)
November 14: Centering (Preparation)
February 13: Choosing (Decision Making and Strategy)
April 3: Moving (Implementation)

Interested participants must listen to the recorded info session (passcode Mm5w10=Y) and view the program principles before submitting an application to learn the details on the sessions, dates, commitments, and cost.
