Thai & Asian Cuisine Cooking Classes


Join us for dinner and experience the vibrance and richness of Thai and Asian cuisine with local cookbook author VC Tang who has facilitated Thai and Asian cultural events for over 20 years. The course includes a seasonal menu of classics alongside summer grills, salads, stir-fries, sauces – while introducing students to lesser-known dishes that are nostalgic staples in the home not commonly served in restaurants. We will cover shopping for hard-to-find ingredients along the Peninsula, recommended kitchen tools, and flavoring techniques. Space is limited.
